Agreement

By placing an order on Safinite, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Products

All jade pieces are described as accurately as possible. Natural stones vary in colour, texture, and pattern — this is normal and expected. Product images are representative; your piece may differ slightly from the photo shown.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order price is confirmed at checkout and will not change after payment.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Authenticity

All jade sold by Safinite is certified natural nephrite. Certificates of authenticity are included with every order.

Liability

Safinite's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Safinite is registered.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
