Is your jade real?

Yes. Every piece is 100% natural nephrite jade, certified by an independent gemological laboratory. We never sell synthetic, dyed, or treated stone.

What is the difference between jadeite and nephrite?

Jadeite (often from Myanmar) and nephrite jade are two distinct minerals. Both are called "jade" but nephrite — especially fine white jade — is considered the most culturally prestigious in Chinese tradition.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days; express shipping takes 3–5 business days.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for items in their original, unused condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How do I know which size bangle to order?

Measure the widest part of your hand (knuckles) in millimetres when making a fist. That is your minimum inner diameter. We recommend adding 2–4mm for comfortable wear.

Do pieces come with a certificate?

Yes. All pieces come with a certificate of authenticity, included in the packaging.

Can I get a custom piece?
