Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all original packaging.
How to Return
- Email service@safinite.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any post office.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order. We'll process your return as usual.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-engraved or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
